Satisfaction guarantee: If you’re unhappy with us at any point during your certification and want to cancel, we’ll refund the unused portion of your certification fee.

We know you need certification to work but your life doesn’t revolve around us. That’s why once you’re certified, we leave you alone. No daily emails, no annoying phone calls. Simply provide us with evidence of your current certification and we’ll grant you certification at the same scheme and grade at no cost for up to 12 months.
