Certus Professional Certification grants permission to use the Certus certification logo mark to Certus certified professionals that have satisfied all applicable Certus certification requirements. Each Certus certified professional is authorized to use only the certification logo mark that represents the appropriate certification issued by Certus.
Each Certus certified professional may use the appropriate Certus certification logo mark in professional and business materials such as business cards and email signatures.
Non-Assignability and Non-Transferability
Permission to use the certification mark is limited to the certified person, and shall not be transferred to, assigned to, or otherwise used by any other individual, organization, or entity.
The Certus mark and logo may not be altered in any way other than to resize to fit business materials.
Reporting Inappropriate Use of the Certus Logo Mark
If you see an inappropriate or unauthorized use of the Certus certification logo mark, please contact us at [email protected].
If we receive a report of an inappropriate or unauthorized use of the Certus certification logo mark, we will take the following action:
- The alleged inappropriate or unauthorized mark use will be reviewed
- If a policy violation may have occurred, Certus shall communicate to the individual(s) and/or organization(s) involved, requesting that they cease the unauthorized use.
- If the policy violation is not corrected, appropriate legal actions or sanctions shall be taken, including certification suspension or revocation.
